Purchase Terms

Lucky Coins, and nothing else. They are a number on your cabinet balance that the game reads from its own database.

Coins are not property. You get a personal, non-transferable permission to use them inside L2 Ovaris while your account is active. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged back into money, and cannot be sold or given to another account.

The website never hands you an item. It moves one number, and the shop you buy from is the shop inside the game client.

• One US dollar is 100 Lucky Coins. The rate is shown on the top-up screen before you pay.
• Telegram Stars are priced separately. Telegram takes its own cut of every Star, so a top-up paid in Stars costs more than the same one paid by card. The exact number of Stars is shown on the top-up screen before you pay, and you get the same coins either way.
• Every top-up carries a bonus. The payment provider adds its own fee on top of your payment: up to 15% on cards, 0.5% on crypto, none on their own wallet. We give that back as coins, so the bonus starts at 15%.
• Larger top-ups carry a larger bonus: 5% more from $50, 10% more from $100, 15% more from $500. The bonus is rounded up to whole tens of coins, and the exact number is on the screen before you pay.
• The account bonus is a third layer, and it belongs to the account, not to the payment. It grows with what you have paid in total, up to 25% at $5,000, and never goes down. Joining on a player's referral code starts it at 10% from the first day. The player whose code you used receives 10% of every payment you make, in coins; that costs you nothing and changes nothing on your side. The current percentage is shown next to the amount before you pay.
• The smallest top-up is $5. Below that the payment fees eat the payment.
• The largest is $1,500 in one go.
• Your payment method may have its own limits, lower than ours. Those belong to the method and to the payment provider, and you will see them on the payment page.

Card payments are processed by KASSA, crypto payments by TryBit, and Telegram Stars by Telegram. The payment form is theirs, on their side. We never see your card number or your wallet — we learn only that a payment for a given order went through, and how much it was.

What they store about you is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Our side of it is described in our privacy policy.

Coins land on your cabinet balance as soon as the provider confirms the payment. That is usually seconds and occasionally a couple of minutes.

From the balance you send them to one of your game logins yourself, when you choose to. That step is separate on purpose: until you send them, you have not committed them to any character.

Every movement of every coin is written to a ledger you can read in your cabinet. Nothing is ever deleted from it. A correction, if one is ever needed, is another line, never a rewrite of an old one.

We do not give refunds. A top-up is delivered the moment it is confirmed, and what it delivers is spendable inside the game immediately. Once coins are on the balance, the purchase is complete and it is not reversed.

This is stated plainly rather than buried: if you are not certain you want the coins, do not buy them.

One honest exception, and it is not ours to remove. Where the law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund that cannot be signed away, that law wins over this page. If you believe you are in that position, write to us and say so, and we will look at it properly rather than point at this sentence.

We will also correct our own mistakes. If a payment is taken twice for the same order, or coins are credited wrongly because something on our side broke, we fix it without being argued with. That is not a refund policy, it is just not keeping money that was never ours.

If you open a dispute with your bank instead of writing to us, the account the coins went to is suspended while it runs, and the coins involved are removed. This is not a punishment: we cannot leave delivered goods in play while their payment is being reversed.

Writing to our Telegram bot @L2Ovarisbot or to [email protected] first is faster for both of us and costs you nothing.

• A wipe removes coins along with everything else. Wipes are announced in advance.
• What coins buy inside the game can be rebalanced, repriced or removed as part of running a server. The coins themselves are not affected.
• If the server closes, unspent coins go with it. This is a hobby project, and hobby projects end. Buy what you intend to use.
